The sophisticated Aircontact Lite 50+10 from Deuter also happens to be ventilated, and comfortable to carry on your lengthier hiking expeditions.
Featuring the Aircontact Lite Back System, this pack provides carrying comfort, while keeping you cool. This system is comprised of an X shaped frame which transfers the load to your hips, ergonomic hip fins for stability, an adjustable back length, and a foam back which adds support while keeping you ventilated.
This pack also has a bottom compartment with a removable separator, a wet compartment for damp layers, a lid pocket for easy access to smaller items, and a pocket just for your valuables. You can easily attach your hiking poles to the loops on this pack, secure it with the sternum strap, adjust the load, expand the volume and add a hydration system if you want to.
Confidently carry all the gear you need for a longer hike with the Aircontact Lite 50+10 pack from Deuter.
Hello I am looking at purchasing this backpack but would also like to purchase a rain cover to go with it. Do you have any recommendations for a rain cover that you have in stock and that fits this particular backpack well. Thanks Andrew
G'day Andrew,
The Sea to Summit Medium Pack Cover will do the trick for the Aircontact Lite 50 10 Backpack.
When I check this pack on Amazon it has straps on the bottom suitable for holding tent or sleeping pad. Does the pack you supply have these straps?
G'day Doug,
The Aircontact Lite 50 10, and lower capacity models, does not have the tent/sleeping mat straps at the bottom of the bag. Ive jumped on Amazon to check out the one you may have been looking at to see if its and older model, and the only listing for "Aircontact Lite 50 10" I can find, actually has a photo of the Aircontact Lite 65 10. To double check that the image matches the product listing, zoom in on the bag model stitched at the base of the bag. Hope that helps.
I have a couple of hiking friends who carry deuter packs and I've seen them pull out the blue rain cover from a zip underneath the pack. Does the Aircontact Lite 50+10 have this feature?
G'day Monica,
Unfortunately, none of the 'Lite' backpacks from Deuter come with an inbuilt rain cover. Sorry to be the bearer of bad news...
