How padded is the waist strap?1 answer
What is the width of the padding on the waist strap?
Rachel - , (8 years ago)
Hi Rachel, the waist strap tapers from 16 cm wide at the pack and tapers to 12 cm at the front. The thickness of the padding as about 3.5 cm, but this is firm padding. I mention this because whilst some packs may appear to have more padding, the foam used can be very low density, and once compressed does not offer the same comfort as a higher density foam that may not have been as thick initially. I hope this makes sense, let us know if you need further assistance.
