Is this a V1 or V2
G'day Xabier,
This is the V1 model, the new V2 model hasn't arrived in Australia yet, but when it does we'll list it online.
You can find the new V2 model here: https://www.snowys.com.au/aerodome-i-pro-v2-air-tent
Hi, does the Aerodome 1 Pro have a vedroom divider as well or is that just the V2 model?
G'day Sandra,
According to the Zempire specifications, there is a toggle out bedroom curtain on the V1 model.
Hello wondering when the new connective version will arrive, have a camping trip planned for early oct
G'day Reed,
I've double-checked with Zempire and the new Aerodome I Pro V2 with the new connector is due to arrive in Australia in mid-October. As soon as they're available we'll get them listed online.
Firstly are you selling AERODOME I PRO V2 as per https://www.zempire.com.au/aerodome-i-pro-2019 site? If so it mentions in features - BEDROOM / INNER FEATURES: Toggle out dividing curtain. Does this mean you can divide the room into two areas like as with the Aero TL Pro?
G'day Glen,
I've just verified with Zempire that the model currently available in Australia is version 1. Version 2 is due to Australia in mid-late September and includes the toggle out dividing curtain and the ability to connect it to the aero base shelters. As soon as stock is available here in Australia we'll get them up on our site for purchase.
Hi, What is the difference between the Aerodome 1 and Aero TM Pro inflatable tubes? According to website, Aerodome 1 has TPU Inflatable Tubes and the Aero TM Pro Inflatable AirSystem Tubes | 11mm/7.9mm 7001 Aluminium. Thanks
G'day Sarah,
Thanks for getting in touch, the two tents are fairly similar with similar features. The difference in the poles refers to the front awning poles for the front vestibule. Overall the Aerodome 1 is a little larger internally and has a slightly different pole design with 4 inflatable poles versus 3 on the TM Pro.
The Jetset 5 has some awful reviews online regarding burst air poles due to warm temperatures. Are the air poles in this of higher quality than in the Jetset 5 and what does the warranty say about camping in warmer temperatures? Last thing I want is a floppy pole suffocating my family while we're all asleep
The poles are the same quality, the issue originally was with the joins where the poles met. We have not heard of the same issues with the Aero and Aerodome range I believe empire were proactive in addressing or investigating the issues reported with the Jetset.
As for warmer temperatures, there is nothing specific in the warranty about this, but common sense should prevail here in that you should inflate the poles up to the lower end of the recommended pressure to allow for expansion in warm weather. That being said, the poles are tested to well in excess of what would be encountered on most general family camping trips.
Just checking again whether the awning poles are included (last Q was 2yrs ago)? Another site says ‘gullwing door can be poled out with the included awning pole set’... I’ve had great service from snowys before and would like to buy from here, but do need the poles! Thanks.
G'day Bec,
We've just double-checked the specifications with Zempire and they do now include awning poles for the front awning.
I cannot tell from the images if it is possible to have the awning up and close off the main part of the tent with screen / solid door.
G'day Gavin,
The front awning area of the Aerodome 1 Pro Air Tent doesn't have a floor so you could pop a mesh tarp in the front area. As far as we can tell you can have the front awning open and close the front room off. There isn't definitely a mesh door, and we're almost certain there is also a solid door too. Maybe check out the walk through video on the Zempire website for more info.
The specs says 31.5kg but on the picture says 24.5kg, not sure why is that?
G'day Thai,
Well spotted! I think that image is wrong sorry, I've asked our web team to fix that up asap. I've been down to our warehouse and the box says 31.5kg.
Zempire website states the following for material rating. • MATERIAL 210D, 135T, Rip Stop Poly Oxford • FLOOR 300D Poly Oxford (10,000mm) Snowy’s website, and every other mind you. Material: 210D 310T Rip Stop Poly Oxford Floor Material: 300D Poly Oxford
G'day Max,
Sorry for the confusion with this one. Gotta love a typo! I called Zempire over in New Zealand to double check for you and it would appear that both our websites were wrong. The correct answer is 210D 130T Rip Stop Poly Oxford for the material on the Zempire Aerodome I Pro Air Tent. We'll get this fixed up to reflect the correct material and so are Zempire on their site.
Hi... Are the awning poles included with the tent? (I note that these are not mentioned on Zempire's website...) Rob
G'day Rob,
Sorry to say but the awning poles aren't included with the Zempire Aerodome I Pro Air Tent. The good news is though, that you can grab 2 awning poles here at a great price!
I see that the windows are all mesh. (The previous Zempire TM 2016 tent has internal flaps...) I'm also concerned about night-time privacy... Are there "solid" panels/window covers included? Also, when do you expect to have stock of the (essential !!!) roof cover and ground sheets? Rob
G'day Robert,
We don't have the Aerodome set up in store so I can't physically check your question. I've given Zempire a buzz but as they're in NZ, they're closed for the day. I can also double check stock levels for the roof cover and ground sheet. I hope to have a response for you tomorrow.
G'day Robert,
I've just spoken with Zempire. All mesh panels on the Zempire Aerodome 1 Pro Air Tent have an internal solid panel that can be zipped up for privacy/waterproofing.
In regards to the roof cover and groundsheets, like most Zempire products, they're selling incredibly fast and our next shipment is due at the end of December.
?
G'day Ben,
The Zempire Aerodome I Pro Air Tent comes all in one.
Zempire Aerodome I Pro
G'day James,
We're expecting the Zempire Aerodome I Pro Air Tent to arrive in store around the first week of November.
