Arm broke after 3 uses

Am waiting to hear from Snowys (who I love!) what they are going to do in terms of warranty. Was very comfortable but pretty poor quality plastic arms to snap off after 3 short trips - wrecked our holiday!

Response from Snowys Jan 05 2016

G'day Leanne! We're really sorry to hear that your brand new chair has let you down, it must've been so frustrating to set up camp only to have this happen. We’ve been in contact with our Coleman rep and we’re just waiting for him to get back to us on the best way to help you get a replacement. As soon as we know we will let you know. Again, we’re really sorry for the inconvenience. Laine

Great chair

love it so comfy but can take a bit to get it to open

How is this chair unfolded I am unable to get the front and rear legs to separate.1 answer

I am reluctant to exert force..

You shouldn't need to exert force Isobel. It can be a little tricky the first few times, but if you unfold the back then ease the chair forward on it's rear legs whilst standing behind it it should open up, then you can pull the legs apart. Give us a call if you need more assistance, it's hard to explain in writing.
