autoswitching?1 answer
Is this pump autoswitching? ie: can it turn itself on and off depending on system pressure so it doesn’t burn out if installed as part of.a camper water system.

G'day Gordon,
No, this one isn't an auto-switching pump I'm sorry. It's just a simple on/off, so it wont be suitable in your set up. You may have better luck with an RV/Caravan retailer who have pumps that can be permanently installed. They tend to have autoswitching as a standard. Hope that helps.

water hose connection1 answer
I want to be able to connect my water hoses using standard garden hose fittings. Can you please tell me if the connection lints on the side of the pump allow this type of connection.
Trevor - Redland Bay(4 years ago)
G'day Trevor,
I've just double checked and confirmed this, unfortunately the 4.3L/pm pump can't be used with standard hose fittings, just with barb style fittings. If you're after something compatible with standard hose fittings we'd suggest having a look at the 6L/pm pump.
