Melamine as a material does generally stain, and is not a product fault or manufacturing issue so wouldn't be considered as a Warranty.

There are ways you can avoid it if you know the limitations of the product and how best to care for it.
You can reduce the chances of that happening by making sure to rinse your cups, plates, bowls, etc immediately after use instead of leaving it to sit.
Its also a good idea to give your melamine a good soak for 10-15mins atleast once a week, and if you do get stains there are several methods you can use to help - google is great for this!

We'd love to be able to post these to you, however, due to the fragility of Melamine they were being constantly damaged in transit. Unfortunately, they are only available in-store now

Great question! We have tried to ship these Melamine Sets numerous times, however due to the fragility of melamine they were consistently breaking during transit. We therfore had to make the decision to only offer them instore. I'm sorry we can't offer online.

As this product is made from melamine it’s not to be used in a microwave. If you’re in need of microwave friendly kitchenware then we’d recommend looking into glass or ceramic products that are made especially for microwave use. Unfortunately, I'm not able to confirm whether they're BPA free as these details are not listed by the manufacturer.

This dinner set is white, with silvery grey patterning.  Each of the small squares in the pattern have a slight side to side ombre effect, darker to lighter grey.
