Seeing the blade, do you think it would be suitable for cutting bread at all? Cheers

G'day Luke,

These would be suited to cutting smaller pieces of bread, a bigger loaf might get a bit awkward to cut and you might want something a bit longer. These knives are great quality and nice and sharp, the wavy edge does help for cutting things like bread just on a smaller scale.

Cheddar & salami are fairly common foods that arent overly hard. You should have any issues with this knife, it can pretty much be used with most basic 'lunch time' type applications, eg. fruit, cucumbers, cheese, etc
