What is the difference between odour b gone RV Toilet Tablets and their holding tank tablets?

G'day Bob,

The Odour-B-Gone RV Toilet tablets are designed to break down waste and toilet paper in smaller portable and cassette-type toilets.

This pack also come with a 2-gram Mini Tab (green) that is used in a spray bottle, simply drop it into a 400 ml bottle with a cup hot water & top up with cold water, give it a shake and it's ready to use to disinfect the bowl & seat.

The Holding Tank Tablets are a larger dose and for holding tanks 90L and upwards better suited to motor homes, boats and buses to deodorise and disinfect.

Septic Safe?1 answer

Are these septic safe? (I am still on a backyard tank & generally come home to empty it into that)

G'day Vanessa,

I've done a bit of investigating, and yes these are safe for septic and biosystems.
You should have any issue dumping your porta potti into your septic tank.
