Hi, how well suited is this knife to cutting up harder foods such as salami? Looking at this as a utility knife for hiking.

G'day Connor,

This would be well suited to cut up harder foods such as salami and be used as a utility knife. It is on the smaller side of the knives so as long as it is smaller things you are cutting up you should be good, these are made well and the round end is the main difference between the other knives.
