Does this pump work and compatible with the valve on the Monstabed?

Kind of, but not completely. Checkout our product review video which you can find out our product page, and watch the mattress vales section. The Monstabed has the same valves as the top grey mattress in the video.
That will give you a real life rundown of how this pump will work with that style valve.

Yes you can use the Flexitail Max Pump on the Sea to Summit range - you won't need much connection time as the pump will inflate the mat quite quickly. Disconnect as soon as the mat is fully inflated, being cautious not to over-inflate.
