Is this big encore a roast. Ie a roast chicken or small meat roast and veges

No, unfortunatey - its quite shallow.
It would be ok for lamb shanks, etc, or small roll roasts, but not leg roasts or whole chickens.
Any demo or usage videos ? Could be a handy product if it actually work well.

Is this induction friendly

Cast Iron is induction friendly, however, this particular camp over has three tall "legs" underneath which means the base of it wont make contact with the cooktop.
You'll need to use a flat bottom cast iron camp oven instead.
