Yes you can leave the tent inner attached when packing away but not recommended if the material is wet/damp.

Inner tent - access to side windows on outer shell1 answer

Hi there, with the inner tent in place can someone from inside the inner tent access the window zips on the outer tent shell? For example, if it was raining at night and you left the windows open, would you need to take the inner shell down to get access to the outer windows? It looks like the inner tent has just a solid wall on the sides and back that is breathable doesn't allow access to the windows?? Thanks

G'day Tom,

Check out our Product Review video with Ben who runs through all the features of the tent inner to see it all 'in person'.
It doesnt have any windows or access other than the doors, and in completely black to allow for a darker space for sleeping.
Its recommended when camping to check the weather forecast overnight, regardless of what tent you use, so you can make any preperations required for your campsite before bed.
In this case if rain was expected, you'd close the windows up before hand.
