There's only 1 handle included in this set, and unfortunately, it's not possible to purchase additional handles.

Yes, they can be used on gas, but as the sides are silicone you'll just need to make sure the flames don't exceed the base.

Yep!  They can be used on gas, but as the sides are silicone you'll just need to make sure guard the flame so it doesn't exceed the aluminimum base! Hope that helps.
