So, what’s the ‘Snowys Club’?
It's more than a club – it's a community. Earn points on eligible purchases, and redeem points on future purchases. Got a birthday? We all do, and as a Snowys Club member, you're rewarded for that too. Plus, every Christmas is a 'snowy' Christmas with our exclusive Christmas bonus. There's more where all that came from, but we'll allow you to discover that yourself.

Sign up online or instore, for free. To ensure you get the most out of your membership, we'll at least require your email address and a phone number.

We weren't pulling your leg before – it really is free. No fee.
What if I don't have an email and/or mobile number?
Your good mates will always tell you how it is. In this case, it's that you need an email address. This is required to identify your profile instore, and you'll need it to create a registered account to earn and redeem points online. You'll thank us later.
Should you choose, we'll use your phone number to keep you up to date with significant deals relevant to you, but it's really a secondary way to make sure your account is yours should you have any issues with your email address.
How do I earn and redeem points?
Whenever you make a purchase online, make sure you are logged in to your account; the points will accrue with any valid purchase. When instore, just mention that you are a Club Member at the checkout.
Do my points expire?
All good things come to an end eventually. You've got 120 days to redeem points earnt on each purchase. We'll keep you informed of any upcoming expired points, as long as you have opted in to receive emails.
How do Member Tiers work?
Your Member Tier will be adjusted based on your total spend over a 12-month period. Once you reach a higher tier, a lower spend threshold is required to maintain that tier. Your points earning potential increases as you reach higher tiers.
Bronze: $0 - even if you don't spend, you can be a Bronze member for life!
Silver: Spend over $1000 in 12 months, then $750 per year to maintain.
Gold: Spend over $3000+ in 12 months, then $1000 per year to maintain.
Will you send me a Members Card?
As true-blue outdoorsy people, we're minimalist – so no, we won't be cluttering your wallet with another card. All you need is your phone number or email address to present instore, or simply make sure you're logged in online.
How do I check my points balance and account details?
After you've activated your account, your point balance, order and loyalty history, and more can be found tucked away in your Snowys Member account portal.
Can I have a joint account?
Not exactly – you can only have one email and phone number per account. However, we're not here to cause family drama; your family and friends are welcome to use your account too.
What happens to my points if I return an item?
Points earned on a returned item will be deducted from your points balance. If you redeemed any points on the same purchase, they will be returned to you.
