True height 1 answer
Is the height given (36.9cm) to the top of the highest point (the cap)?
CJ - Maitland, NSW (11 months ago)
G'day CJ,
The height of 36.9cm is measured from the bottom and inclusive of the top of the cap.

Compatible Water Filters1 answer
What water filters can you use on this jug? And where can you get them?
Claire - Adelaide, SA(1 year ago)
G'day Claire,
There are no filters designed to be used with this water jug, so you'd need to fill it up with prefiltered water, or use water purification. If you are traveling or camping and filling up water through a normal food safe garden hose, you could look at using something like an inline filter.

How long will the cold last?1 answer
Hey guys, just curious how long the water would stay cold for if it was ice cold water?
Tom - Arana Hills, QLD (1 year ago)
G'day Tom,
The Go Jug isnt insulated, so it doesnt have any thermal testing or time frame claims for keeping things cold or hot. As the plastic is fairly thick, I'd say it would stay cold for longer than a standard drink bottle, but nothing like the times claimed on insulated drinkware.

Insulation properties1 answer
Does the jug have any level of insulation? Would it be similar to a standard water jerry can?
Gavin - Perth, WA(2 years ago)
G'day Gavin,
The Hydration Jug doesn't have any insulation, but it is a heavier-duty/thicker moulded plastic than some of the larger generic 20L jerry cans.

Side Storage1 answer
Can I stow this on it's side without leakage if I have the Breather closed?
John - Kariong, NSW(2 years ago)
G'day John,
We don't have any stock at the moment for me to physically check this for you, but Dometic have indicated it shouldn't be an issue - as you say just make sure the breather is close.

Hot Water1 answer
Would you be able to use hot water in this?
Leyla - Ipswich, QLD(2 years ago)
G'day Leyla,
The Water Jug is made from food grade BPA free LDPE so technically it should be able to handle warm water, however we wouldn't recommend using it to store hot or very hot water. Ideally it has been designed to transport room temperature or cold drinking water.
