can the grill palte and dripper withstand 400 C degrees of heat? What is the max recommended temperature?

We don't have an exact answer for you here, however, we do know the materials (Cast Iron & Steel) can withstand way more than 400°C. You shouldn't have any issues.

Your picture shows the stainless steel drip tray. Can you please confirm this is stainless as it is not mentioned in description.
