The Campfire 2 Quart Cast iron Kettle weighs in at 2.8kg so it’s never going to be part of a lightweight camping setup. But, if durability wins out over weight and you have the time to look after cast iron then it’s likely to be last camp kettle you’ll buy.
The kettle features an easy clean enamelled interior, solid cast iron lid with handy grip tab and cast-iron handle. You can use the kettle on all cooking surfaces but it’s really made for heat of campfire cooking over the fire or on the hot coals.
If you’re looking for a solid camp kettle that will cop anything you can throw at it, the Campfire 2 Quart Cast Iron Kettle is for you.

Kesten - Adelaide, SA(10 months ago)
G'day Kesten,
A drip/dribble from the spout can happen and it's called the 'Teapot effect'. If you pour too slowly the water can stick and run down the edge of the pot, pouring a little faster can increase the flow and prevent this from happening. We have found most of the time this isn't an issue and can depend on how much you fill up the pot and the speed of the pour.
