Hi does this chair come with a carry bag?

G'day Joe,

Check out the product images for the second to last image, the chair does have a very light weight slip cover.
It does seem dependent on the batch though, so if you receive a chair without the slip, get intouch with Oztrail.

does this chair fit under a fold up table to act as dining chair?

Depends what table you have!
The armrests are slightly titled back, but are at a height of 68cm at the front.
If you have that amount of room under your table, then your chair should fit!
