You can forget about lugging those gas canisters around on your next outdoor excursion – the Biolite Camp Stove eliminates the need to carry around fuel, reduces your carbon footprint, and charges your devices – pretty nifty huh?

Using renewable biomass such as twigs, pinecones or wood pellets you can create enough energy to cook, boil or charge for all your energy needs when you’re off the grid. The mesh on the outside of the stove keeps it cool to the touch, so it’s very safe to use, and as a bonus it’s easy to travel with as it doesn’t use traditional gas.

You can set up this nifty device in not time, you don’t have to pay for fuel, and you can charge your devices while you wait for your pot of tea to be ready – what more could you want?

  • Couple or small family on the trail
  • Exterior doesn’t get hot – very safe
  • Uses renewable biomass (twigs, pinecone, wood pellets)

So Quick and convenient!

Just used this over Easter weekend in the Flinders and I loved every moment of it. It was awesome in the morning to just get up, grab some kindling and start the water boiling (using the biolite jug on top). It would boil 1.5l in under 10 mins and I also used the biolite for starting our campfire, I'd just pull some of the burning kindling from the biolite with some tongs and get the fire going with those

Is this the Biolite Camp Stove 2 or the Yuetor Outdoor?1 answer

It doesn't look like the biolite camp stove found on their website.

G'day Jack,

All of our products are the real deal from reputable suppliers, including our Biolite stoves.

What we have online here is the older model CampStove. I've had a look at the Biolite's website, and it seems that they’ve only got the CampStove 2 on there, which is why it looks different.

I've given our supplier a call, and they've confirmed that the CampStove has been replaced by the Camp Stove 2 which only arrived in Australia recently – but we are hoping to get it in soon.
