A perfect mat for the budget-conscious multi-day hiker, kayaker or bike-packer, Klymit's Static V2 Sleeping Pad gives you all the bells without the whistles.
Weighing under 500gms and packing down to the size of a soft drink can, the V2 maintains all the comfort and durability of the Static V but uses a 30D fabric top to cut back on weight. The body mapping technology with a V-shaped design offers comfort and support for all kinds of sleeping positions – side, stomach or back. The deep weld patterning keeps the mat fully lofted beneath you to deliver improved thermal comfort, and the integrated side rails ensure you remain centred on the pad even when you're tossing and turning.
We all need a decent night's sleep, so forget that dodgy mat in the back of the cupboard and start living your best outdoor life with quality ZZZs on the Static V2 from Klymit.

Inflation1 answer
How do you inflate the mat? If by pump sack do you need to buy separately?
Ros - Canberra, ACT(2 years ago)
G'day Ros,
These are designed to be manually blown up by breath. As they're quite lightweight and thin, it's short work to blow them up - say 10 breaths. Whilst it's not necessary, you can use a pump sack or pump if you want but these are an additional purchase.

Insulation 1 answer
Is this insulated?
Hannah - Elanora, QLD(4 years ago)
G'day Hannah,
Yes, but minimally so. This particular mat has an R-Value of 1.3. Bear in mind that Sleeping Bag comfort testing is done on a mat with R-Value of 4, so sleeping on a mat less than this will effect your sleeping bags performance.
