The Walther Pro PL70 is a great handful of torch. The size and design means it will fit most fists just right – just what you need if you’re doing some serious torch-wielding.

The PL80 sports an anti-reflecting aircraft aluminium body that is rugged and water resistant to an IPX4 rating. The MBS (Multi Battery System) allows you to pick a battery option that suits your environment or availability – e.g. Hi-MH 1.2V AAAs to start with, and then you can throw in some cheapies if that’s all you have in the drawer.

The high-performance LED delivers up to 600 lumens across a spectrum of levels from down to 10% and with a direct strobe for those times when you just want to disco. It has a massive ANSI FL1-certified beam distance of 175 metres!

  • Up to 600 lumens of brightness
  • MBS-compatible
  • Beam adjustment system
  • IPX4 water resistance, 2 metre shock resistance
  • Comes with 4 AAA batteries, belt pouch, lanyard, and manual

Best LED Torch I’ve owned

As an Emergency Services worker, a good, compact torch is what I need! After many failing LED Lenser’s, I made the switch to Walther and I’m not looking back! It may be smaller and lighter than the old 3D Cell Maglites but fits much nicer on the belt, comes with a holster too and 3 light levels and a Strobe feature. I recommend this torch to anyone for any reason!
