When a standard poly tarp just won’t cut it, get a Jolly Swagman Canvas Tarp. Made the old-fashioned way with 14oz canvas double stitched hems and seams, the Jolly Swagman Tarpaulins also feature solid brass eyelets, reinforced corners and are treated to be waterproof and mildew resistant.
Replace your old lightweight tarps with a tarp that is tough enough to be used over and over again. Perfect for shelters, groundsheets, picnic rugs, industry and around the home.
Very good quality tarp. Was intended for under the hammock but is used for everything. Delivery was very good also.
The canvas is terrific. It goes from wet to dry in the blink of an eye. And has been easy to customise for my very wet weather camping setup. The Snowy's delivery was very fast.
Fits perfect under the awning off the 4x4. Easy to clean and cheap
Quality product. Durable with a great weight to it, it won't blow away, with metal eyelets you could always peg it though. I believe it'll be still kicking for years to come. Mainly used for camping but if I go on a picnic...this is the one. I went for the medium sized one and sometimes had it folded in two and it had enough space for two adults with room to spare. Completely folded out gave a healthy space to utilise.
I would like to find out if i could use the tarp under my tent as a ground sheet?
I can't see why not! The Jolly Swagman Canvas Tarp is waterproofed and very durable, so if you can find a size that will suit your tent then it would be a good option to protect the underside of your tent.
Could you please let me know how many eyelets and their position on the 6 x 4 sized tarp. Thank you.
Where are the eyelets positioned on the 6x8 Jolly Swagman canvass tarp? thank you
I'm looking for a canvas tarp I can use as a cover for a 6 x 4 trailer and need the eyelets to sit beyond the trailer edges wo they don't let water in. Cheers Rohan
are there eyelets midway on each 4 sides?
Does the canvas tarp have eyelets spaced regularly along each side? If so, what is the spacing between eyelets? Thanks.
I have unsuccessfuly tried storm covers for my camper trailer. Most fabrics degrade quickly in the sun or are a significant sum of money. I am keen to try canvas and note your tarps. Would you consider them suitable as rain and sun protection for a camper?
