To get started, you
have two options for warranty claims...

Express Claim

Submitted directly with the manufacturer

Submitting a warranty claim directly with the brand, will be a much faster, streamlined process.

Snowys won't be involved to help during the process, it'll be completely handled by the brand.

Standard Claim

Follow our website prompt & we'll sort the rest

We'll handle your claim, managing communication between you and the brand.

As we're the middleman, the process takes longer as we're passing information between you & the brand, and vice versa.

Submitting a warranty claim

Every product you purchase from Snowys is from the original manufacturer or approved distributor and comes with a full manufacturer's warranty.

Warranty periods differ between brands and products, so please check the warranty terms and conditions for your specific product. You'll find more information on the relevant product details page on our website, or included in the paperwork that comes with your item.

Damaged item during transit

All products we dispatch are packed in durable packaging to protect the goods inside. Items are checked prior to packaging and are handled with great care, to ensure each item is dispatched in as good condition as possible.

However, on the rare occurence that the item(s) you purchased is damaged upon arrival, please use the form above.
