This product could theoretically do toast, but it's not really designed for that, it's really designed to grill meat / vegetables. We'd suggest checking out the Coleman Camp Stove Toaster, or Campfire Gauze Toaster.

I've just checked the box for the HyperFlame Grill Plate and they list it as a stamped steel construction and they are pretty robust looking so it shouldn't be a problem with the heat from the stove.

I've been down and tested this out for you and it doesn't really fit and isn't overly stable. You could make it work if you really needed to, but they're designed to actually replace the pot support around the burner on the Coleman Hyperflame stoves rather than sit on top of it. This isn't really possible with the Companion High Output because of the different design of the pot support grill.

The Coleman HyperFlame Grill Plate comes with a drip tray that sits under the exposed parts of the grill to catch any fat that might fall through.

I've just tested this with our display stock and you should have no worries placing two Coleman Hyperflame Grills on the Coleman Hyperflame Fyreknight.

Unfortunately not, the Grill Plate has quite a specific fit over the burner housing, so it's not compatible with the Eventemp sorry.
