Snowys is a great place to work (...well, we think so). A buzzing family owned camping business fuelled by a team of vibrant campers, hikers and adventurers. It's this passionate team of people that makes Snowys tick! Customer support team

Customer Support Team Member

We’re on the lookout for someone to talk the talk and type the type as a part of our Customer Support team. Are you someone who is passionate about helping people, full of outdoor product knowledge and capable of juggling a few different projects at once?

You’ll be working as a part of our team here in Adelaide and everyday will offer new challenges. This is a full-time role, and we’ll be needing you to work at least a weekend every fortnight. Snowys certainly isn’t a quiet place to work, but we do offer a dynamic environment where you’ll be getting stuff done!

We especially love hearing from people if you’ve had extensive camping, hiking and/or travel experiences, studied outdoor recreation or similar and/or been involved with organisations like Scouts.

If you have the following, then that’s even better:

  • Retail, sales or customer service experience – especially in the outdoor industry
  • Brilliant communications skills via email including impeccable spelling and grammar
  • Sound computer skills, especially in the likes of Zendesk, Excel, and POS systems
  • Oh, and a love for camping and the outdoors is crucial

Store Sales Team Member

We're on the lookout for a passionate outdoor enthusiast to join our vibrant sales team assisting customers with their upcoming adventure.

You're probably thinking that we're only going to be looking for a sales guru? Not quite. Although sales experience helps - we're really looking for a camping, hiking and/or travel lover who is personable, vibrant, energetic with a willingness to learn. 

So if you’ve had extensive camping, hiking and/or travel experience, studied outdoor recreation or are involved in the Scouts community - we'd love to hear from you!

This full-time position will be in our Adelaide store.

If you have the following, then that’s even better:

  • Retail, sales or customer service experience – especially in the outdoor industry
  • Brilliant verbal communications skills – both in person and on the phone
  • Experience working with POS systems and Microsoft Office
  • A creative brain to assist with merchandising displays
  • Oh, and a love for camping and the outdoors is crucial
