Cooking for two in the wilderness just became incredibly convenient with the Sea-To-Summit X-Set 33 two-person cook system.
The 2.8L X-Pot is teamed up with the unique X-Pot Kettle so you can cook your porridge in one pot and keep water hot for coffee in the other.
Easily expanded on, the X-Pot Kettle has space for two X-Mugs inside, or the X-Set 33 set fits inside the X-Pan or the X-Pot 4 litre, that’s a whole lot of

Would the wider flame pattern of the MightMo still work with these or would it likely come up the sides? Would I be able to boil water at full steam do you think?
G'day Karen,
The base of the pots are around 19cm and 15cm respectively.
The rose of the MightyMo from memory is 4.5cm wide, but I haven't measured the flame diameter on max.
Ultimately as long as the flames are not exceeding the base of the pots you'll be fine.
Hi I’m doing the 3 capes track in a few weeks and looking at light weight cook ware to use on their facilities. I have food allergies so don’t feel safe using the equipment everyone is using.
G'day Nicole,
It's perfectly okay to use the Sea to Summit X Set 33 - 2 Piece Cookset on a gas stove for as long as you like, just ensure that you don't allow the flames to penetrate up the sides of the pot/kettle. The instructions included will guide you through what you need to be aware of.
Hi, would the x-pot fit two x-bowls and the x-pot kettle inside? Also would the x-pot fit two XL-bowls (with or without the kettle). Thank you!
G'day Sarah,
I've just given this a go myself, and the X set 33 can fit two X bowls and the X kettle inside it (when folded up) It can also fit two large XL Bowls with the X kettle as well (again when folded up).
I'm thinking of getting a set for domestic use, particularly on a hot-plate stove top. are they compatible with that, and/or induction stove tops even?
I wouldn't recommend this for regular domestic use Terrence, they are designed for outdoor adventures and Sea To Summit specifically state that they are intended for camping stoves only, and only with small burners in which flames do not lap over the edge of the aluminium base. Theys are not designed for frying or sauteing, and it would be assumed that they are not going to be used as often as a domestic saucepan or frypan, so the lifespan of the pot may be much shorter than that of a regular pot or pan.
I am interested in getting the 2.8L XPot and like to use this together with the Gasmate cartridge stove. Will I be OK to use this XPot with the Gasmate cartridge stove ?
Hi Chee-Hong, the X Set 33 2 Pieve Cookset from Sea To Summit is fit to use on any kind of camp stove, including the range from Gasmate.
