Compact in the car, comfortable and supportive in the tent, the Black Wolf Super Deluxe Self Inflating Mat is longer, wider and thicker than the Deluxe Mat, offering more comfort and warmth in a compact, easily transportable package.
The self-inflating design means you can put your rolled mat in your tent with the two heavy duty spring valves open, and the mat inflates for you. For those who sleep comfortably on a firmer surface, attach the included storage sack to a valve and use it as a pump to add a little extra air.
Soft stretchy Microstretch upper fabric and a non-slip base is laminated to antifungal CFC free foam, and Velcro strips run down each side enabling you to join two mats together. Complete with a repair kit, you can rest peacefully in the outdoors on a Black Wolf Super Deluxe Mat.

Very comfortable and supportive. The bottom insulative layer works well and stops the cold coming up through the ground. I bought one for the whole family.
No worries even if you're tall
I was concerned about spending this much on mattresses but don't regret it one bit. These beauties are comfortable, warm (I've slept on old school air mattresses that were unbearable), roomy, and versatile.
Be warned that they come with no instructions and I recommend looking them up online as it's worth taking care of good quality kit.

I am a 4wdrive travel journo and do lots of camping in the back blocks.
This new mat is a awesome bit of gear, I'm just back from a three week cross country 4wd expedition and it was fabulous. Not once did I bottom out ie hip touching the ground and it was a delight to sleep on.
This is my second Black Wolf Super Deluxe Self Inflating Mat, the first lasted about 6 years and it was used between three and four months of the year.

Have found these to be great, i though initially that they may have been to thin, but no even laying on your side you can't feel the floor.
Very impressed, and they roll up super small compared to my old mattress.

I bought this mat to sleep in the back of my 4wd. I tried it only once on a club trip and we had very tight camping spot, not very much space for another tent. This mat saved my night, i'm very glad i had it with me. Next time I'll not pump air to make it a bit thinner, it is good enough when self-inflated. Also easy to pack away.
Perhaps, included instructions how to use the mat would be handy for someone like me who have not used self-inflated mats before.

These mats are fantastic. We left to inflate for a couple of days prior to first use. Have just used them for two weeks and have not had a problem. Roll them out once tent is set up and ready at bed time. The bag helps to inflate them quicker if needed and this worked as it should. We had two joined together with a double fitted sheet, they never moved or came apart. A very good investment to ensure a good nights sleep! Well worth the $$! Also delivery just prior to Christmas was extremely quick

I have just purchased a few of these and I am not sure if the mat should be store inflated or not. There appears to be different advice online. Also how long does it take for the mat to fully inflate? Feedback for Black Wolf: some instructions and care advice would be very helpful!
