Easy to set up, with maximised internal space and a flexible layout – the Sundowner 6 Person Tent from OZtrail is perfect for compact campsites.
This tent features two rooms so you can use them as bedrooms, screen rooms or living rooms in whichever combination suits you. The ultra-fine No-See-Um mesh panels on the polyester inner provide ventilation, while the portico pole system creates near vertical walls to increase the space. The Sundowner also features oversized D-shaped doors for easy access, and a heavy-duty PE bucket floor with elevated seams to keep you dry from the ground up.
To protect against the sun and rain, the fly features a silver coating with a UVtex treatment plus there are awnings on the front, rear and sides for more shade around the tent. There's an attachment loop inside for hanging your lantern, as well as power access zips for running appliances, and keep essentials out of harm’s way in the two sidewall organiser pockets.
When space is a premium, the Sundowner Dome Tent from OZtrail provides you with more internal comfort for your camping adventures.

also does it come in any other colours?
G'day Sam,
Sorry about that, we'll get the floor plan fixed. The tent is just available in the one colour at this point in time.
Hi, I am interested in the Oztrail Sundowner. can you ship to Malaysia? I will pay for the postage
G'day Dylan,
Unfortunately at this point in time Snowys only ships within Australia.
Can one person set this tent up?
G'day Ian,
Yes, one person can set this tent up by themselves, although it will be easier and less stressful if you've got a helper to get the poles up, and the fly pulled over the top of the tent.
Is it compatible with the oztrail awning pole set only or any pole set works?
G'day Sushovan,
Generally you'll be able to use any awning pole set, however sometimes the eyelets are a little small for some brands of poles. As we're not able to physically check this at the moment, we'd recommend sticking with the Oztrail awning pole set as we know they definitely fit.
Hi What size tarp would be best for under this tent? Thanks
G'day Emily,
The Ultramesh Tarp in the 2.44 x 3.65m will be a little smaller than the overall footprint but the best size if you just want to fit it under the tent. If you're also wanting something under the awning area then the 2.44 x 4.88m might suit best.
