This cooker is comprised of an outer container, which is a double-wall vacuum chamber between two walls of stainless steel which retains heat to cook your meal. There’s also a 4.5L inner multi-layered stainless steel saucepan with a carbon steel plate sandwiched into the heavy stainless steel base. The optional bain-marie on top divides it into two for more versatility, and the saucepans included are compatible with induction elements.

Just heat up your food on the stove in the inner pot to a boil, simmer for 10-15 minutes then turn it off and transfer it to the outer container, and the Shuttle Chef RPC 4500 takes care of the rest!
