The Pop Up 15L Dish Tray would have to be the ultimate campsite kitchen sink solution.
Not only is it a tub for washing up in, it features a built-in plug, integrated dish drainers and a removable utensil compartment.
Made of durable silicone and polypropylene materials, the Pop Up Dish Tray withstands temperatures up to 90â° and folds flat for easy storage and transport

I'm designing a kitchen unit for my VW Multivan and was thinking of having 12mm ply with the center cut out so this would fit in it similar to a standard basin. Is the rim and material around the top strong and rigid enough to support this sink when full (ie potentially 15kg) If so what would the dimensions of the hole need to be?
G'day Peter,
The top rim is fairly well bonded to the silicone, however they are really designed to be used on a table rather than hung by the rim. They can be picked up and temporarily moved once they're full of water, but we wouldn't suggest hanging it when it is full. We'd recommend a solid plastic tub instead to reduce the risk of the join between the silicone and rim tearing.
Hi Do you have the Delux Companion Dish Tray Part No. COMP10334 with handles and lid (pop up tray)
G'day Greg,
Thanks for getting in touch, we don't currently range the Deluxe Companion Dish Tray but we should be able to special order one for you. Please just send us an email: service@snowys.com.au and we can give you a price and availability.
I'm building myself a slide out drawer kitchen. If i have a cut out in my slide out bench, does the rim of the tub have enough strength to hold the weight of the tub while its full of water without de-forming?
G'day Kevin,
I tested the Dish Tray and Tub 15L overnight full of water hanging from some slats across the sink here and it held up fine so I would say you'll have no worries inserting it into the bench of your drawer kitchen
Can you wash your average size pots & pans
G'day Paul,
Tough to give you an answer with confidence when I can't be sure of exact pot sizes.
When 'popped out', the tub is 43.5L x 33.5W x 19.2H cm which will hopefully give you a rough idea of the size available.
It seems to pop up easily enough, but I can only get it halfway down without it kind of getting mangled and not staying down
G'day Michael,Â
I've just given it a go myself with the display models, and I found that after a few goes it did get a little easier to pop it back down and have it stay that way.
I wouldn't say that there was any specific trick, but perhaps putting an even amount of pressure using both hands so one side doesn't go down first might be the better way to do it.Â
When we used it, there was some leaking around the plug.
G'day Jonathon,Â
I've just tried pulling this plug out and putting it back in on the display model, and we didn't find that there was any trick to getting the plug in tightly. I also spoke with Companion they haven't got any inside info on this either.Â
I've noticed that you're located in New Zealand, so it may be difficult for you to show it to us in store so it may be an option to contact your local Companion brands supplier to see if they could offer some insight.
I'd like to see a picture of the bottom of this product. I'm mainly interested in attaching some kind of temp. piping/tube to the water outlet, so it can be stored in a different bucket.
G’day Grant, we’ve taken some photos of the underside of the Companion Pop Up Dish Tray and Tub (15L) and we’ve added them to the product description above. I hope these give you a good idea of what you’d like to achieve with the water outlet.
Hi Ben, can you give me the exact diameter of the sink plug?
