The lightest and most breathable tent in the Neo range from Zempire – the Neo Vader 3 is a stable shelter option for shorter trips away.
This fully seam-sealed tent has a Waterhead rating of 3000mm for protection in a drizzle, and the PE floor is high-quality to ensure protection against the sodden ground. The fly has a fire retardant and UV treatment on it to also add to durability.
The frame of the Neo 3 is Geodesic, which not only adds extra volume inside your shelter – it also makes it more stable, especially on a breezy day. Setting up this dome tent isn’t complicated as it comes with colour-coded poles to make it easier to pitch. The large internal windows allow you to control the flow of cool air inside your space, while the 3-stage awning door offers protection or open plan living.
You won’t lose track of your essential items as you can stash them in the internal storage pockets. Ever struggle to get your tent back in the bag once it’s first out? Zempire has cleverly included an expandable carry bag with the Neo 3 Vader for easy packing. The breathable and very livable Zempire Neo 3 Vader is a quality for three for shorter trips and adventures.

How would this tent perform in strong-ish coastal winds?1 answer
I’m looking for a good quality three-season car camping tent that will perform well in the southern NSW/ Victorian coast areas.

G'day April,
The Neo 3 has a fairly low profile, so it should fair well in windy conditions. As with any tent we'd recommend pegging out all peg points and guy ropes to ensure that your tent is well secured.

Hot wet weather1 answer
Just wondering how this tent would go in the tropics. Can it handle downpours work plenty of ventilation? Is there any other tent you would recommend for this environment?
Ben - Rockhampton (6 years ago)
G'day Ben,
The Zempire Neo 3 Dome Tent is actually a really good tent for the tropics. It has a mesh inner, which is great for insulation and keeping cool but it also has a 3000mm Waterhead rating, which should keep you dry, even in big downpours.

New Clips?1 answer
As the Zempire range of tents have been updated, does this Neo 3 come with the clips rather than the pole sleeves?
Andy - Dubbo(6 years ago)
G'day Andy,
I've double checked our Zempire Neo 3 here and there is a pole sleeve and then one clip at the bottom of each pole.
