Toaster capacity1 answer
Hi, does this hold one or two pieces of toast?
Caroline - Brisbane, QLD(3 years ago)
G'day Caroline,
It depends on the size of your bread. The rack which holds the toast is around 17 x 11 cm, so you can put as many piece of bread on there that will fit.

Do your refill packs fit this toaster? I not is there alternatives? Thanks.
Colin - Medowie, NSW(3 years ago)
G'day Colin,
We don't sell them specifically for this model, but the Campfire Gauze Toaster Refill will do the trick, although it may need to be cut to size.

Gas stove1 answer
I can imagine nothing prevents it from being used on a regular gas stove?
Pawel - Aspley(4 years ago)
G'day Pawel,
You're absolutely right, there is no reason you can't use one of these at home on a regular gas stove. I'd suggest sticking to the smallest burner though so you don't accidentally charcoal your toast!

How to use1 answer
So I'm guessing you just slot one piece of bread into the area between the gauze and the metal figures and place over heat, but can this be used over a single butane burner? If so how long on each side and are there any safety precautions I should take beforehand? Thanks
Trent - Albany WA(6 years ago)
G'day Trent,
The bread sits on the top of the toaster. The gauze goes directly over the flame and disperses the heat evenly to toast the bread. You just simply flip the bread over to do the other side! The gauze can deteriorate over time, so you can get gauze replacement HERE
