I divide this into four tiny containers before packing. when I'm ready to cook it, pour in some water and shake, then fry like a pan cake. It will make as much as one jumbo sized egg per container. the picture is on the stove, but usually it cook it on a Jetboil. It makes a great Pineapple, Spam & egg muffin for breakfast.
At the first attempt I didn't go much on this, mainly because as Mezza said in his review it can go watery & rubbery, I did try to cook it in a jetboil with limited success, others I've walked with manage to cook it successfully and it is surprisingly tasty, I will continue to try diferent methods as its a great addition to the menu
This is actually really tasty. Trick is not to cook it too long as it gets a bit watery and rubbery. I'd suggest adding less water than they recommend and experiment with serving sizes - 1 pkt probably makes 3 brekkies.
