Good as scrambled eggs

I divide this into four tiny containers before packing. when I'm ready to cook it, pour in some water and shake, then fry like a pan cake. It will make as much as one jumbo sized egg per container. the picture is on the stove, but usually it cook it on a Jetboil. It makes a great Pineapple, Spam & egg muffin for breakfast.

Needs experimentation

At the first attempt I didn't go much on this, mainly because as Mezza said in his review it can go watery & rubbery, I did try to cook it in a jetboil with limited success, others I've walked with manage to cook it successfully and it is surprisingly tasty, I will continue to try diferent methods as its a great addition to the menu

Surprising

This is actually really tasty. Trick is not to cook it too long as it gets a bit watery and rubbery. I'd suggest adding less water than they recommend and experiment with serving sizes - 1 pkt probably makes 3 brekkies.

How many servings is this? i.e. Can I feed 2 people with one sachet? Thank you!1 answer

The manufacturer actually claims this to be 5 serves Janice, but they are referring to 'side' serves. I'm a big eater, and I wouldn't be real happy sharing it amongst more than three people when served with other food. Hopefully this is a good guide for you.
