This product is designed for all you endurance riders out there, but it’s also a great product to chuck in your bag for when you’re climbing your favourite trail or even in your work bag for when you’re struggling to keep your eyes open come 3pm.

It’s a good choice is you’re specific about your what fuel you put into your body, as the smaller sizes will give you just the right amount of energy without overdoing it.

Em’s Power cookies are a real-food energy bar that was created by a New Zealand based nutritionist who is in fact a three time winner of the New Zealand Coast to Coast World Multisport Championship, so this lady really knows her stuff!

  • Developed by nutritionist
  • Real food energy snack
  • The main ingredients for this snack are chocolate, oats, raisins and coconut
  • How to use: eat 30-60 mins before exercise, or 1 every 2-3 hours during prolonged exercise

Delicious and great texture

Just added these to my Snowy's cart when buying something else and was glad I did - delicious "real food" tasting soft cookie bar. Much nicer than protein bars for after the gym, they don't have the weird chemical/fake taste that supermarket protein bars have. Really easy to digest and keeps the energy levels up (just over 300 calories per bar)

Great product.

First came across these as Em supplied them on an 85km trail race in NZ. Amazing taste and digestibility. Turns out Em is a super successful endurance athlete and dietitian so she really knows her stuff.
