They should be ok with a moderate amount of wind, ensuring that you peg out the guy ropes well and get the angle to the wind.

We've not sold Drifta before, and I've not seen a Hexatarp in real life.
Not going to be much help here with the comparison, sorry!
I'd say read through the specifications of each, & check out the images/set up, and choose the one you like the best!
The Naturehike ones do look pretty great, I was pleasantly surprised when I checked them out. 
Material and stitching looks solid - I've got one on my wish list!

These are online only, so currently stock is at our warehouse.
We have both sizes being transferred over to us so we can checkout and confirm all specs, etc
