In one of the reviews someone stated it did not have the back straps that hold the canopy to the frame along the sides. And said it pools up. Does it have the black straps as seen in the photos?
G'day Kristy,
The review you are referring to is from 4 years ago, the current product images are correct & it does come with straps.
Theres a newer review which refers to them if that helps!
Is there a Heavy Duty wall option for the 4.5 gazebo?
G'day Micahel,
No, unfortunately, Oztrail doesn't currently make a heavy-duty version of the 4.5m walls.
Hi, are there straps to hold the canopy to the frame.
G'day Tomas,
No, there aren't straps to hold the canopy in place. There is velcro at the corners, and guy ropes to hold the canopy in place.
Hi I am wondering difference between commercials and normal with hydro.
G'day Kwon,
The Commercial 4.5 and the Deluxe 4.5 both have Hydroflow frames. The only difference is in the canopy, the Commercial has a thicker 500D canopy, while the Deluxe has a 300D canopy.
Is this bigger gazebo harder for one person to put up than the 3m version? Do the anti ponding bars prevent ,or just reduce ponding? i.e. Does it go OK in heavy rain?
G'day Rob,
The 4.5m Gazebo sets up with the same concept as the 3m frame, so it will be a similar set up for one person. The anti-ponding bars provide a little bit of extra tension to help watershed off the canopy rather than pool along the edges. Ideally, they'll prevent ponding as long as they're correctly set up. We'd recommend proceeding with caution in heavy rain.
