Free Delivery Offer

• Free delivery is available on orders over $69 (AUD) for our Standard Delivery service, subject to the following conditions:

• The order sub-total must exceed $69.00 after the application of any discounts, promotional codes, or coupons.
• The $69 threshold excludes any delivery charges or non-product-related fees.
• Free delivery does not apply to certain remote postcodes. For exact costs and delivery timeframes, refer to the Delivery tab on each product page or during checkout.
• This offer applies exclusively to online orders dispatched via courier. It does not apply to in-store purchases or pickup orders (in-store pickup is free).
• Gift Cards are excluded from this offer.
• Snowys Outdoors reserves the right to modify or withdraw this offer at any time without prior notice.

Delivery Charges

• Orders valued at less than $69 AUD will incur a standard delivery fee of $12 AUD.
• Fast delivery, Express delivery, Same-day delivery, select carrier services and deliveries to remote areas may attract higher charges. These will be calculated and displayed during the checkout process.

Changes & Cancellations

• Orders may be cancelled or edited within 15 minutes of placement. After this window, the order will be dispatched as originally submitted.
• Changing the delivery address after dispatch may incur additional charges from the courier, which are payable by the customer.

Returned, Refused, or Uncollected Parcels

• If a delivery is refused or not collected from the nominated depot, a return fee will apply:

• $25 AUD for small parcels (up to 1.8m or 20kg)
• $50 AUD for large parcels (over 1.8m or 20kg)

• If a customer selects “Send to nearest depot” but fails to collect the parcel or cancels the order after depot receipt, the above return fees will apply.
• Please note: the nominated depot may not be located near your delivery address. Snowys Outdoors is not liable for any inconvenience or additional travel associated with depot collection.

Delivery Timelines & Conditions

• All orders are dispatched from our warehouse(s) during business hours (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).
• Deliveries are conducted during standard business hours and are subject to carrier schedules.
• Estimated delivery times are indicative only and may vary due to stock availability, remote delivery locations, or factors beyond our reasonable control.
• Some remote addresses may require depot collection, as couriers do not provide door-to-door service in all areas.
• Courier drivers may refuse delivery to properties with aggressive dogs or “Beware of the Dog” signage. In such cases, depot collection will be required.

Island and Remote Deliveries

• Deliveries to off-mainland postcodes may attract an additional fee. Please refer to our Island Delivery Guide for further details.
• Subsidised delivery charges may apply to certain remote postcodes.

Carrier Selection

• Snowys Outdoors partners with multiple freight carriers, including (but not limited to) TGE, Australia Post & Didi. Carrier selection is based on delivery location, parcel size, and current service conditions to ensure the fastest and most reliable delivery option.

Package Inspection

• Upon delivery, customers are required to inspect the parcel prior to signing.

• If the package is visibly damaged but contents appear intact, please note this on the delivery receipt before signing.
• If the package appears significantly damaged and contents may be affected, you are advised to refuse delivery and contact Snowys Outdoors immediately at 1300 914 007.

Shipping Protection Fee – Terms and Conditions

An optional Shipping Protection fee is available at checkout, charged at 3% of the order subtotal. This service provides additional assurance for parcels lost, stolen, or damaged while in transit.

Eligibility:

• Shipping Protection applies only to parcels deemed lost or damaged while in the custody of the courier.
• The courier must formally confirm the parcel’s status as lost or damaged for a claim to be considered.

Exclusions:

• Loss, damage, or theft occurring after delivery completion or outside of the courier's control.
• Parcels undelivered due to incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.
• Return-to-sender fees or associated costs.
• Claims made without notification to Snowys Outdoors. Customers must initiate the inquiry, as couriers do not notify us of parcel loss or damage.

Important Notes:

• The Shipping Protection fee is non-refundable, including in cases of order returns, cancellations, or exchanges.
• By purchasing Shipping Protection, the customer acknowledges and agrees to these terms in full.
