From commuting to work, to trekking into the weekend - shrug on the stylish and lightweight Trailblazer 20 Pack from Salomon.
Stash the bigger items in the main compartment featuring a fully zipped opening, and comfortably carry your load thanks to the 3D light harness with perforated foam to keep you dry. Adjust the sternum strap or clip together the removable webbing belt for stability, and attach your hiking poles to the holder when not in use.
Keep track of your keys in the external top pocket key holder, and stay hydrated thanks to the internal hanging loop for suspending a water bladder. Plus, stash your essentials in the stretch side pockets, zipped belt pocket, or front zipped pocket with external lateral opening.
The Trailblazer 20 from Salomon is the pack spacious enough for daily use but light enough for a weekend hike.
1 external top pocket for small items including a key holder
3D light harness with perforated foam
Internal bladder sleeve with hanging loop
Zipped belt pocket, front zipped pocket with external lateral opening
does it come with the hydration bladder? Will the camelbak bladders fit (i think the hydrapak bladders are what i see advertised). thanks

G'day Michelle,
The Trailblazer 20 Daypack doesn't come with a hydration bladder, but it is designed to fit bladders up to 3L. Ideally, they're designed to fit the Salomon bladders, but you should be able to fit the Camelbak Crux 3L without too many hassles.

Is the backpack weatherproof, or does it have a weatherproof cover?1 answer
My wife and I are doing a series of long day walks across the UK in June and I'm chasing a robust backpack that will carry enough, is not too big and is weatherproof. I think a 50 L pack would be too large and cumbersome. Does the Trailblazer 20 fit the bill? with thanks Lawrence

G'day Lawrence,
The Trailblazer 20 Daypack isn't a waterproof fabric so you will likely need a pack cover or pack liner to keep your gear dry. The Sea to Summit Ultra-sil Pack Cover in the Xsmall size will suit but, or you could pop a dry sack inside the bag for the vital items. The pack size will generally suit most day walks, but if you're needing to carry rain gear as well as lunch/snacks etc you might need a little more space, but if you travel light the 20L should suit.
