Zipper compatibility 1 answer
I already have a right hand zippered Palm I. Would a Left Hand Palm IV zip together with my Palm I? That way we have two singles with varying warmth rating for our different preferences, or can zip them together and put the warmer bag on top for cooler nights.
Jeremy - Hampton (4 years ago)
There have been a few iterations of the Palm series form Roman over the years, Jeremy, but if you have the latest version i.e. it looks like the images on our website, and you make sure one bag is a left zip and the other a right zip, then you will be able to joint them together side by side.

What shape liner is best for this sleeping bag?1 answer
Mummy? Rectangular? Envelope?
AC - 2600(5 years ago)
G'day AC,
It tends to come down to personal preference and how much weight you're wanting to carry. The sleeping bag itself is tapered so if you want to save a little weight I'd say the mummy is the best option. However, if you'd prefer a little more wriggle room the rectangle style will suit and just mean you have some excess fabric around the foot end to move around a bit.

Compressed dimensions 1 answer
Hi Ben,
Can you please advise compressed dimensions?
I want to put it in my 32L pack
Elaine - Sydney(7 years ago)
G'day Elaine,
I've just compressed the Roman Palm IV Sleeping Bag as much as I could. Roughly measuring with my measuring tape, it was about 27 x 17 x 17 cm.

warmth1 answer
Hi there,
Is the 5 degree warmth rating comfort or limit?
Elaine - Sydney(7 years ago)
G'day Elaine,
I've quickly just double checked this for you and the 5° temperature rating on the Roman Palm IV Sleeping Bag is a comfort rating.
