Providing illumination with the added bonus of being able to recharge your phone, the Lighthouse 400 from Goal Zero is perfect for when the grid is out, or when you’re out and about on your outdoor adventures.
With 400 lumens of light, you can use this lantern in a blackout, or to illuminate your tent as its dimmable and offers a turbo setting. You’ve got three options for recharging the internal battery of this lantern – a USB port, a separate compatible solar panel, and in an emergency -you can use the hand crank which generates 10 minutes of light on low for every 1 minute of cranking. You can also charge your phone or give your tablet a boost when you need to.
The collapsible legs and carry handle allow you to stand this light on the floor, hang it up over your head and even fold them up when it’s ready to go back in storage. The Lighthouse 400 is all you’ll need to keep your devices powered, and to light up your tent in the dark on your next outdoor adventure.

Hey just wondering if Lighthouse 400 Lantern & USB Hub is water proof?
G'day Hayden,
Having a bit of a look at the Goal Zero Lighthouse 400 Lantern & USB Hub, there's no sign at all that it's waterproof and the USB port is exposed which leads me to believe that it isn't given any sort of waterproof rating.
Is it a quality light, say compared to a Coleman?
G'day George,
The Goal Zero Lighthouse 400 Lantern & USB Hub is a great little lamp, especially in comparison with the Coleman alternative. As for the solar panels. We do sell the Goal Zero Nomad 7 Solar Panels.
