Unfortunately not quite. They're about 1-2cm too short internally for a standard 2L bottle to stand upright.

Based on your description I'm fairly certain you're talking about the small plastic/foam spacers that are designed to protect the box in transit. If you're able to email us a photo just so we have a visual of what you're looking at we can confirm that we're talking about the same thing!

Great question! Both these iceboxes will perform very similarly, as their construction is essentially the same - using refrigeration grade PU foam as the insulation. What will make a difference is what's inside the box! Using a block of ice either from an ice pack or frozen water inside a 1L or 2L fruit juice container or a combination of both will help keep your gear cool for many days. Try to limit the number of times the lid is opened plus also make sure your food is either frozen or fridge cooled prior to loading the box. The Thermal Ice Midi Ice Packs are designed to be used with one sheet per 10-15L capacity so two will be a great option in the WCI-22.

Long story short, the Waeco Coll Ice Icebox WCI-22 will be too small, sorry mate! You'd need to go for a 33L to get your whole carton and ice all in.
