Returns Policy

At Snowys our goal is to provide an enjoyable and rewarding shopping experience that encourages you to shop with us for years to come. Therefore we want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase.

If you receive a product from us that you want to return or exchange for something else, we will happily do so under the terms of our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee.

This means we will accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of delivery to you provided the items are in an unused condition and in their original packaging.

Sorry, but return delivery cost are not refundable.

To Make a return or exchange:

  1. Please contact us first, preferably by email,  with what you would like to do - return or exchange.
  2. We'll email you a return authorization letter. Please send a copy of this letter back with the item(s) so we can deal with it quickly and efficiently.
  3. Please send the item in its original box or packaging with any manuals or items that came with it. To retain its like-new condition, please don't write on the item's packaging. 
    Include a copy of your receipt or invoice making sure the following information in included:
    • Name
    • Address
    • Phone Number
    • Email address
    • Date of purchase
    • Purchase price
    • Method of payment
    • Reason fo the return
    • Copy of return authorization letter
  4. Please return the package prepaid by Australia Post, or via an agreed carrier t

  5. Once we receive your returned item and everything is ok, we can then get on with processing your refund or exchange.
  6. Refunds or exchanges will be via the same method in which the item was purchased or via a cheque from Snowys Outdoors Pty Ltd. In the event of an exchange, the replacement item will then be re-charged.
