To make a warranty claim please contact us with all the details. We may be able to resolve the problem without any other action on your part.
To qualify for a warranty claim, you must notify us or the manufacturer within the warranty period. You will need to provide proof of purchase such as an invoice, and evidence that the item was faulty when received by you.
To make it easier to return the item if this becomes necessary, please retain all packing material and manuals until you are completely satisfied with the condition and performance of your purchase.

Items damaged in transit
All the items we dispatch are packed with durable strength packaging to protect the items inside. Items are checked prior to packing and they are handled with great care, to ensure each item is dispatched in as good condition as possible.
However, please check the condition of your goods before you sign for them. If the item you purchased is damaged during delivery, please contact us with all the details. We may be able to resolve the problem there and then.
