B-PAY is a secure and easy method of payment that allows you to pay bills directly from your bank using telephone or internet banking. B-PAY is one of the safest and most convenient payment methods available in Australia, as payments are made directly from your bank.
BPAY is a safe and convenient service that allows you to pay bills directly from your bank’s telephone banking or internet banking.
Simply place your order and select BPAY as your payment method. You will then be provided with a Biller Code and a Reference Number.
Your next step is to access your bank’s telephone banking or internet banking, and select the 'Pay A Bill' or 'BPAY 'option. You can then enter Snowy's Biller Code, Reference Number and Payment Amount to pay for your order.
BPAY payments can take one to two days to process. We will dispatch your product when payment is confirmed.

How do I use the PayPal payment option?

Already a PayPal account holder? PayPal users who would like to use the PayPal payment method when placing an order can click on the Pay with PayPal button when checking out and process payments via PayPal.
How does payment work with PayPal?
Customers who sign up for a PayPal account must sign a Billing Agreement which will authorise the merchant to take out their payments directly from their PayPal account. When are funds transferred out of my PayPal account for my order?
PayPal withdraws money from your PayPal account immediately after checkout but payments can take up to 3 days to be confirmed by Snowys. Once payment is confirmed, the order will be dispatched.

Where do you deliver to?
We offer free delivery throughout mainland Australia and Tasmania with the exception of some “remote locations” as judged by leading courier companies.Such remote locations include islands and out-of-the-way destinations where courier costs are prohibitive, and in many cases, out of proportion with the value of the goods. Please see Free Delivery.
If you wish to place an order for delivery to a remote location please don’t despair. We will contact you as soon as possible after receiving your order to provide a shipping quote, and offer every assistance to minimise these costs associated with your order.
Further, please note that in some cases delivery may only be available to the nearest depot rather than all the way to your specific delivery address. We will attempt to let you know if and when such circumstances apply.

How much will it cost me for delivery?
There are no delivery charges on orders delivered from Snowys.com.au. Neither is there a minimum order quantity.
How are orders delivered?
We use a network of reputable and reliable couriers to deliver your order.
We deliver to residential addresses and business addresses. When delivering to a business address please ensure that you specify the business name.
All orders must be signed for on delivery. If you are not present when delivery takes place a card will be left detailing how to collect your order or how to organise another delivery time.
How long do orders take to be delivered?
Most orders are processed and dispatched within one working day of the order being placed. Please allow 3-10 working days for your order to be delivered however remote locations can take longer.
Can I place an order from a foreign country?
You can place an order from a foreign country; however orders can only be shipped to an Australian mainland or Tasmanian mainland address.
How can I track my order?
Once we dispatch your order, we will send you an email with the tracking number. Just click on the link and it will take you to the relevant courier's website.
You can also track your order at Snowys.com.au. Just log into your account using your email address and password, then click on your order number in your "Order Tracking/ History". The tracking number will appear under the Status & Tracking column. If you click on the link, it will take you to the tracking information for your order.
How do I change or cancel my order?
Please contact us on 1300 914 007 immediately if you need to change or cancel your order. Please be aware that orders are generally shipped within one working day, so it is advisable to call us on 1300 914 007 as soon as possible when you want to cancel or change an order.
Will I have to sign for my delivery?
Typically, we do not require a signature when we ship your package. However, there are instances when the delivery driver may decide to choose this option, which is at their discretion.
What happens if I’m not home to accept my delivery?
Deliveries are made during business hours Monday to Friday. Small parcels will be left in your letter box, but for larger parcels someone needs to be there to accept delivery. If not, a card will be left detailing how you can collect your parcel. To avoid this, you can fill in “Permission to Leave” on the “Delivery Details” page of the ordering process, so our courier can leave your order in your nominated “hidden” location in the event that no-one is home.
What if my order is delivered damaged?
If an item is damaged in transit, please report it to us within 24 hours of signing for it. We will deal with the issue and respond as quickly as we can.

What happens when I order an item that is out of stock?
If an item is out of stock we will notify you as soon as possible and ask if you would like a replacement item. Out of stock orders will be cancelled and any payment made will be fully refunded unless a replacement item is requested.
Will the product be exactly as displayed on the website ?
Not always. As manufacturers are constantly upgrading product specifications, the product may vary slightly in features or colours. Our pictures will always be updated for major changes.
Can I "Special Order" an item that is not on your website?
Yes. We are always researching and adding new items to our website so if there’s something in particular you have in mind but don't see on our website, please contact us. We love a challenge and will do whatever we can to help.
What is Snowys Returns and Exchange Policy?
If you'd like to return or exchange an item that is in the state you received it, and in its original packaging, you may return or exchange it provided you do so within 30 days of receipt.
