The Tundra from Caribee is the ultimate jumbo sleeping bag to keep you comfortable on cold nights out in the elements. The King-sized design is extremely roomy and will provide you with plenty of space to snuggle down for a comfortable night’s sleep while staying nice and toasty in temperature down to -10°C.
Filled with tech loft extreme fibre that has tiny air pockets that trap warmth and insulate your body when the temperatures start to drop, and the soft lining makes the interior soft to the touch. The box foot design gives you a bit more wiggle room, and the thermal fleece lining at the foot will keep those extremities extra warm where you need it the most. The drawcord hood lets you keep your noggin cosy, and you can tuck your pillow in there to keep it in place while you doze.
When nature calls in the middle of the night, you won’t have to struggle in the dark to look for your phone or torch, as the internal security pockets allow you to keep your essentials close to hand when you need them. For a spacious, sleep-ready and most importantly toasty sleeping bag, the Tundra from Caribee is the one you can rely on.
When you are lying on your back; is that when the zipper is on the right. ?
G'day Michael,
Yes, you're right, the zipper side refers to the side the zip will be when you're lying flat on your back.
i need to know how to clean this sleeping bag?
G'day Julie,
Yes you can wash the Tundra sleeping bags. We haven't done a blog on this yet but I've found a useful link that gives you some great instructions. Just make sure to read the section on washing syntehetic bags and ignore the section about down filled bags. You can access the article by clicking here.
Hi, I have a Tundra Jumbo sleeping bag. When it is laid flat on the floor, and you are looking down at it from above, the zipper starts on the left side. If I want to join two of these together - do I buy my next one with the zipper on the right or the left? (looking down at it on the floor). And lastly - when ordering from the drop down menu on your site - when you state to choose right or left zipper - is this right or left from looking down at it on a floor? Or whilst inside it! Thanks. Cheers,
G'day Lisa,
The side of the zipper is determined from when you are lying in the bag. So with your current Caribee Tundra Sleeping Bag, if looking at it from above and it's on the left-hand side, it would be deemed a right-hand zipper. If you wanted to buy another Caribee Tundra Sleeping Bag top join with the one you already have, you would need to buy one with a left-hand zipper from our drop down menu.
Hello, I'm wondering if you can create a double sleeping bag with this product by zipping two bag together? Thanks, Whitney
G'day Whitney,
I've just had a look at the display model, and it looks like you should be able to zip left and right zip Tundra Jumbo bags together.
I'm just wondering if you get too hot if there is a zipper at your feet you can open to let out some heat. Thanks
G'day Sandra,
There is a foot zipper yes so temperature regulation is easy. You can even zip the whole thing apart to use as a blanket if it gets too warm.
Need dimensions for packing
G'day Jordan,
The packed dimensions for the Caribee Tundra Jumbo Sleeping Bag are 52L x 30W x 30H cm. It's likely you'll be able to compress the bag a little smaller, but this size is a pretty good guide.
