I have just called and checked with Engel and they don't have anything that would fit the MRFT 30A. The new transit bags we have wouldn't be the right fit for this fridge. You may be able to get something custom made for this fridge.

I haven't seen anything like that for probably 15 or more years, and they were discontinued by Engel a very very long time ago.
I've had a quick google and it doesn't seem like anything even close is available anywhere, and the last dated reference to them I can find on the internet is 2006.
I'd say it would be fairly easy to make one up yourself with a decent piece of ply and heavy duty springs from Bunno's or similar.  The other alternative could be a thick sheet of Polyurethane foam, that's known for energy absorbtion/shock reducing properties.

The Engel transit bags are all the original heavy-duty canvas, except for the MR40F/MD40F cover. The Eclipse MR40F/MD40F cover is made out of Polyester and is the grey older version, not the new black vinyl one.

We never sold the 60th anniversary Engel, so havent tested it out in person but Engel have advised the standard MT45 cover will be compatible.  I do know there is a 60th anniversary specific cover out there, but the only real difference when compared to the standard cover is the colour.

Yes, if your fridge has MT-35 on it, then the MT-35 transit bag will suit, the size and shape hasn't really changed over the past three models.

The Transit Bags are made from heavy-duty canvas (apart from the MR40F model), so they have some degree of water resistance. If the fridge got some accidental light showers on it while in the cover it should be ok, although the swing motor end has inbuilt mesh, so there is a risk there.

The MT35 and MT45 are two different models, they have the same footprint, with different height. The MT45 is a 40L fridge, so if you're certain that is the size then you'll need that cover. You could measure your fridge height to double-check, the MT-45 is 50.8cm high.

Yes, your MT45FS with a steel lid will fit in the MT-45 Transit Cover. The cover is made from canvas, with a silver insulated liner.

There are two different Engel 40L model fridges and two corresponding bags. The bag for the MT-45 model (Powder Coated Steel) is canvas, while the bag for MT-40F model (Eclipse with a plastic lid) is polyester. So depending on the fridge model you have the Polyester bag might be the only option.

Engle have advised this cover isnt compatible with the older MRFT series.  Your best bet would be to try and source one second hand through Gumtree or eBay.

I've finally managed to get on to Engel for you and unfortunately, Engel has told me that the MT27F bag won't suit your MT25E fridge, the shape has slightly changed.

If you Engel 40L fridge looks like this one here then you'll need the cover for the MT-45 model. Just select it from the drop-down menu and add it to the bag.

Your Engel 60L should be the MT-60 model, so just select that from the drop-down menu and add it to the bag.

I've just spoken to our Engel rep, and unfortunately, the model of transit bag you're looking for was discontinued 3 years ago, so there won't be any other dealers in Australia that stock a bag for the MRFT 29L. The current sizes that we stock also won't fit, so your best bet would be to look on gumtree or eBay for a secondhand one for your unit.

For your 32L Engel Fridge, you'll need an MT-35 Engel Fridge Transit Bag.

I'm going to have to consult Engel on this one Jim, I don't think there is a cover readily available, so I'll see if I can find out what will be most suitable. I'll get back to you asap.

Hi Jim, the official word from Engel is that they stopped distributing covers for your model fridge about 18 months ago, so in terms of the age of your fridge, you've just missed out. Our rep is pretty certain that stock has sold through all retailers in Australia too, so your best bet would be to try and find a second hand one. Current model Transit Bags won't be suitable either, the 40L would be the closest fit but it will be sloppy and the window for the control dial is on the opposite side. Sorry I couldn't be of further help here.

We sure do have a cover to suit the MT35F-G4. I've double checked this with the info provided by Engel on their website, and it looks like the MT-35 size transit bag would be ideal. Just select this from the drop-down menu above, and you'll be good to go.

I've just checked this with our fridge expert downstairs, and he says that you shouldn't have a problem fitting the current Engel Transit Bag with your older model Engel fridge.

The Engel Transit Bag doesn't have holes for the fridge slides, but you will still be able to attach your fridge to the slides when the cover is on. It does however, have holes for the feet to poke through if that helps.
