Beaut little frypan

Just what we need to cook steaks on the gas when fire bans are in place.
We even bought one for our son in Hong Kong who misses his big aussie steaks!

Not what I thought I was buying

For some reason, I'd thought the 'ripples' on the surface of the frypan looked like 'voids', like holes on a steamer. This frypan was going to double as a steamer on my camping trip. But no, my eye played tricks on me. This pan is still sitting somewhere in my pantry, unused and untouched. P&H was excellent, however.

G'day Dean,

Took me a few seconds but I can now see what you mean! Sorry about the confusion - remember you can always return the frypan within 60 days of purchase, just needs to be in the original packaging. Laine :)

Would you be able to cook eggs on the "ribbed" surface?1 answer

- BUNDABERG, QLD(1 year ago)
You could, but the raised ribs will add a challenge to your breakfast preparation. If the frypan is well seasoned and the eggs don't stick then it should be OK, but a flat surface would be better,

Is the handle fully detachable so that I could use it inside a domestic oven?1 answer

- HOBART, TAS(1 year ago)
It's not designed as such Chris, but it is relatively easy to squeeze the end of the handle together and remove it from the cast iron portion of the frypan.
