Returning an item

Not 100% satisfied? No Problem!

We want to make sure you have the right gear for your adventure, and sometimes that means a change of mind.

If you wish to return any of the items in your order we'll happily offer a refund within 60 days of your purchase, but before you fire your item back to us - double check the following:

The item needs to be in as-new condition, this means:

  • Unopened
    Unfortunately we're unable to accept items that have been opened, it'll lose that awesome fresh feeling for the next customer who buys it.
  • Unused
    This one is pretty obvious, make sure you love your new item before you give it a go.
  • All tags and labels attached
    Avoid taking the tags off until you're sure you'd like to keep the item.

If you’re returning your item(s) as a result of changing your mind, you will be responsible to cover the cost of return delivery. If the item(s) are not received into our warehouse in the original condition (unopened, unused, all tags and labels attached) we won’t be able to offer a full return.

Submitting a warranty claim

Every product you purchase from Snowys is from the original manufacturer or approved distributor and comes with a full manufacturer's warranty.

Warranty periods differ between brands and products, so please check the warranty terms and conditions for your specific product. You'll find more information on the relevant product details page on our website, or included in the paperwork that comes with your item.

Damaged item during transit

Has your gear arrived with some damage? Let's get it fixed.

All products we dispatch are packed in durable packaging to protect the goods inside. Items are checked prior to packaging and are handled with great care, to ensure each item is dispatched in as good condition as possible.

However, on the rare occurence that the item(s) you purchased is damaged upon arrival, please use the form above.
