Hi, can this fit well with the mummy/tapered style sleeping bag? My sleeping bag is tapered shape. Thinking that for rectangular liner I can use it also in backpacker hostels. Thanks.

The Silk Travel Liner - Regular can be used with tapered bags without any worries at all. The material is soft and flexible, so it will just bunch up a little around the feet to fit into a tapered/mummy bag.

The Silk Travel Liner - Regular doesn't have a pillow insert or flap. The Silk Cotton Liner - Traveller does have a pillow insert though.
i am 197 cm can i still use it

If you're longer than 185cm you'll just end up with the liner only coming partway up your body. It might come to shoulder height or a little lower, but it's hard to say.
