Just abit of hot water and dish detergent should do the trick.
Give it abit of agitation and then rinse thoroughly. You can also add abit of rock salt as an agregate if you need to.
We'd also recommend rinsing after each use to prevent the need for it to be solidly cleaned.
Ive been using mine for a few years and havent had any issues by just rinsing and drying between uses.

Yes, according to google the kind of plastic used in this platypus Wine bladder is suitable for up to 100% ethanol.
General consensus though is that it's better for short-term storage, and you wouldn't want to keep it in there for more than 6months.
